For the first time in ages I was in the office three days this week. I normally try and get into the office at least one day a week, sometimes two. I like the change in routine that working in the office provides.

It wasn’t really surprising to me how much time the commuting took to get to and from Bristol. In previous roles I would usually be commuting five days a week, in one job it was extreme commuting from Weston to the Thames Valley.

This week did make me appreciate the flexibility I have working for Jisc in where I can work. 

I did a lot work thinking about the process of insight as part of my new role in my new team. This is not a new process, but more about looking at what works, what needs to change, and what we need to stop.
