As mentioned last week, As I am in a new team with a slight different focus I started working on a “process of insight”. We receive lots of intelligence, insights, commentary within our team. We then need to review and analyse this content before sharing our “insights” with key teams.

I say a “process of insight” rather than the “process of insight” as we already have a “process of insight”, what we are looking at is can we improve and enhance the “process of insight”.

Spent time organising and managing a review of GÉANT Co-Ordination Group Education Digital Infrastructure and Interoperability. This has involved meetings and discussions with NREN colleagues from across Europe as well as core staff from GÉANT. The next step will be reviewing their insights and input to put together a proposal for next steps.

I did get to Bristol this week as well, had quite a range of informal chats and conversations with people in the office. 

I attended one of the regular meetings Jisc has with the Office for Students. We discussed various aspects of the work Jisc does to support learning and teaching.
