This week was slightly shorter as I took a day’s leave. I did also make it to the office in Bristol this week, it was good to meet up with people in-person. Though I did have to have some calls, which meant hiding away for part of the day.

The challenge is that an institution looking at an institutional solution will probably not consider the issues that arise when scaling up to a national or international solution.

Spent more time organising and managing a review of GÉANT Co-Ordination Group Education Digital Infrastructure and Interoperability. This has involved meetings and discussions with NREN colleagues from across Europe as well as core staff from GÉANT. 

As I am in a new team with a slight different focus I started thinking about reviewing the “process of insight”. We receive lots of intelligence, insights, commentary within our team. We then need to review and analyse this content before sharing our “insights” with key teams.
